Filet Mignon- center cut choice beef tenderloin char grilled and finished demi glaze, then topped with Gorganzola.

Herb Crusted New York Strip- 14oz hand cut all natural strip steak crusted with fresh rosemary and thyme then topped with our fresh herbed butter.

Slow Roasted Prime Rib-Well seasoned all natural ribeye roasted to perfection and served au jus.

Chicken Marsala- Scallopine of chicken breast sautéed witb a medley of mushrooms in rosemary marsala sauce.

Chicken Oscar- Seared boneless breast of chicken topped with crab meat and béarnaise sauce.
